Persona Profile First, you must have a PlayStation Network account where you can activate the gift card you purchased.
Activation on PlayStation 5 First, go to the PlayStation Store page on your console, after going there, in the upper right corner you will see 3 (three) dots "..." Click on it and a menu will drop down. After the menu opens, click on Redeem Code.
Activation on PlayStation 4 First, go to the PlayStation Store page on your console, then scroll down the left menu all the way, then scroll down to Redeem Code.
Enter The Code Enter the code of the GIFT card you purchased very carefully and accurately. The code consists of 12 characters, make sure that you enter the code correctly, and also note that no other characters can be added during entry, e.g. dashes, periods, etc. Enter only the numbers and symbols shown on the code.

Warning Code activation on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 is essentially identical, it's just that both consoles have a different interface and don't let that fool you. Code activation on both types of console/account is done as described above.
