    Read the warranty agreement before purchasing, take advantage of the warranty terms and save time.

    Accessories/Technology

    These warranty terms apply to products sold under warranty from Egiftcard.ge!

    Warranty service

    For the purposes of this warranty service, the terms below have the following meanings:

    Seller/Retailer - EGIFTCARD.GE;

    Consumer/Buyer − any natural person who acquires or subsequently uses goods or services primarily for personal consumption and not for the purpose of carrying out a trade, business, trade or other professional activity;

    Goods − any movable item, as well as property located therein and/or distributed in digital form;

    Please carefully read the warranty terms and conditions, service rules, and confirm your agreement by signing.

    • Goods purchased by an individual on EGIFTCARD.GE (except for the item "Warranty conditions do not apply") have a 12-month warranty, unless other warranty conditions are specified. *
    • Goods purchased by a legal entity/individual entrepreneur on EGIFTCARD.GE (except for the item "Warranty conditions do not apply") have a 2-month warranty, unless other conditions are specified.
    • In the case of non-commercial use of household appliances for commercial purposes, the product warranty period is set at 2 (two) months.

    Warranty service will not be provided/cancelled if:

    • The warranty period has expired.
    • The warranty card is missing/lost, the box and receipt are missing.
    • The data in the warranty card has been changed, deleted, or altered.
    • The serial number and IMEI code are not readable or/and are missing from the warranty card and the device body.
    • The device has visual or mechanical damage/defect.
    • The device was used for a purpose(s) not intended for it, for non-domestic purposes.
    • The item has been damaged as a result of piracy/hacking.
    • The damage is caused by unqualified installation work.
    • The device was damaged by the user during transportation.
    • The device was damaged by another device standing next to it.
    • (Controller) has been damaged or has developed Stick Drift on the controller's main static stick platforms.
    • The device has been opened/disassembled for unauthorized repair or any other purpose.
    • The damage is caused by the penetration of a foreign object or liquid into the mechanism.
    • The seal or hatch is damaged or broken.
    • The storage and usage instructions provided by the manufacturer on the device have been violated.
    • The damage is caused by a computer virus or incompatible file(s).
    • The damage is caused by a malfunction of the electrical network (voltage change is more or less than 220-230 volts), mechanical damage, corrosion, exposure to high or low temperatures, violation of operating and storage rules/conditions, as a result of unqualified repair/installation work carried out by an incompetent person.
    Buyer/Customer/User Obligations

    The customer. The buyer has the obligation to comply with and fulfill the warranty conditions presented on our website, otherwise the relevant warranty conditions will no longer apply to the purchased product(s).

    Important information!

    If a product released for sale has a defect that is related to a manufacturing defect or improper operation factor, the corresponding equipment or accessory will not be replaced, as it is subject to repair. Subject to our terms and conditions, any product (physical) that is found to have a defect or manufacturing defect will be subject to repair and not exchange.

    Intentional damage to an already repaired product/equipment or even an accessory, defect, drop, breakage, unstable operation, operation under inappropriate conditions, and based on the warranty conditions listed above, since any of the points specified in the warranty conditions in these paragraphs are not subject to the rules established for the buyer/customer, the product will not be repaired.
